You may exchange the products you ordered from nouredesign.com within 15 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/entity indicated at the delivery address, provided that the products are unused.

Initiating the Exchange Process

To initiate your exchange request:

• After notifying Noure Design Services regarding your exchange request, you may return the product(s) unused, in undamaged packaging, together with the invoice, via Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge.

• Please include a written note indicating that it is an “Exchange Request” and specify the size/color you would like in replacement.

Once your product(s) are checked for compliance with the exchange conditions, the status of your request will be communicated to you via e-mail as soon as possible.

• If the requested product is available in stock, it will be shipped to you free of charge within 1 business day.

• If the product is not available in stock, the amount paid will be refunded to your account in accordance with your payment method.
  
  

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges are primarily made for the same product model.

• If you request to exchange with a different product, the process will be completed once any price difference has been settled.

Exchange / Return Shipment

• For all returns/exchanges sent via Yurtiçi Kargo, you will not be charged any shipping fee.

• If you choose to use a different shipping company, the shipping cost will not be covered by us.

• Upon delivery, you may open and check your package in the presence of the courier. If you encounter any damaged, opened, torn, crushed, or wet packages, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, request the courier to prepare an official report and return the package to us via the shipping company.
