CUSTOMER

Within the scope of this agreement, any natural or legal person who purchases products from the NOURE Design website shall hereinafter be referred to as the Customer.

TAX

All products sold include VAT.

MEMBER INFORMATION

The member must provide complete and accurate information. For delivery, it is mandatory to provide the address, landline phone number, and for companies, the tax number and tax office. These details are required both for security and legal obligations.

PRICING POLICY

NOURE Design reserves the right to make changes to the prices of all products sold on its website.
NOURE Design cannot be held responsible for such changes. Typographical errors are excluded.

PRODUCT STOCKS

NOURE Design maintains stock for all products displayed on its website. However, for products that are out of stock, a notification will be displayed under the product image.

ORDER PLACEMENT

A customer with an approved membership shall place an order online with NOURE Design. However, until a confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer, the order shall not be considered confirmed. Once the confirmation e-mail is delivered, the order becomes valid.

PAYMENT

When the customer completes an order online, various payment options will be provided. The customer shall select the suitable option and proceed accordingly.
NOURE Design reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, or remove payment options over time.
NOURE Design is obliged to protect the information provided by the customer for payment purposes.

PRODUCT SHIPMENTS

NOURE Design shall prepare all ordered and paid products within 2 business days and dispatch them to the customer. Shipments within the Republic of Turkey shall be carried out through known logistics companies. NOURE Design shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics providers.

SHIPPING FEES

NOURE Design reserves the right to charge the customer for shipment. However, such charges will always be announced on the website. Once the customer completes all payments, no additional shipping fees can be demanded.

DEFECTS AND RETURNS

All products offered by NOURE Design are supplied from established companies. In the event of a defect or fault in the purchased product, NOURE Design shall review the product, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will either be replaced with a new one, exchanged for another product of equal value, or refunded.
If deemed necessary, NOURE Design may send the defective product to the manufacturer for inspection. Upon manufacturer approval, the product will be replaced or refunded.
For products under warranty, warranty conditions apply. The maximum repair period is 30 business days.

The customer must return the product in its original packaging, including the warranty certificate, invoice, and all accompanying documents. If the return is not due to customer error, shipping costs shall be covered by NOURE Design. The chosen shipping company must provide a trackable service. The customer is responsible for the product until it is delivered to NOURE Design.

OTHER AGREEMENT TERMS

1. The consumer has the right to return the product within 5 days following the invoice date, provided it is unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all documents (invoice, warranty certificate, etc.). Returned products must not have any condition that prevents resale. In case of cancellation, the customer shall compensate NOURE Design for all shipping, insurance, banking fees, and damages resulting from the sale.

2. NOURE Design is obliged to regularly check all product information and prices on its website. However, NOURE Design cannot be held responsible for errors caused by typographical or calculation mistakes.

3. Circumstances that were not present at the time of signing the contract but arise later and prevent one or both parties from fulfilling their obligations (Force Majeure such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, etc.) shall release the affected party from its obligations during the continuation of such force majeure. The affected party must notify the other party in writing. If the force majeure continues for more than 10 days, either party has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement.

4. All customers purchasing products from NOURE Design's website are deemed to have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.

ENFORCEMENT

The provisions of this agreement are binding on both parties. Non-compliance by one party does not release the other party from its obligations.

COMMENCEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement shall commence once the customer completes the order via NOURE Design's website. The fact that payment has not yet been completed does not nullify the obligations under this agreement.
